Dunleavy for 3! Dunleavy for 3! Dunleavy for 3! What a game. Almost a close one in the end, Arizona's 17 point margin of victory was a non-factor in tonight's Championship Game. Duke, down by 5 in the first half, took the lead at the halfway point of the first half and never looked back. Arizona did take it to 3 points a couple of times, but many unwise 3-point attempts by Arizona, left Duke with an easy victory in the end.
Our 2001 OfficePool64.com winner, with 123 points is Willa Thacker! Nice job! You receive bragging rights until next years tournament!
Coming in 2002....I will be expanding and redesigning the site. You'll find lots of usefull information for filling out your office pool bracket. Game updates, player stats, scoreboard, game matchups, officepool link search pages, plus the 6th Annual OfficePool64.com tournament bracket!

Two Remain
We are down to four teams....on to Minneapolis! Congrats to Duke, Maryland, Michigan State and Arizona! Arizona vs Duke What an interesting matchup. Both teams won by a large margin, yet Duke struggled at first, down by 22 points at one time and comes back to easily defeat Maryland for the 3rd time this year. Michigan State was off their game, so many turnovers, so many mistakes. Not quite the team of last year. Hats off to the winning teams!

Final Teams
#6 USC narrowly defeated Kentucky in a close one. It came down to shooting free throws to keep pace with Kentucky's last ditch effort to mount a tie. In the end, USC moves on to play #1 Duke. #3 Maryland and #1 Stanford will face off Saturday to determine who will advance to the final games next weekend.

Round 1 Standings Updated
Standings are updated through Round 1. All the #1 and #2 seeds remain, heck, even the #3 seeds made it into Sundays games. A #4 seed wasn't as lucky. Gosh, did I pick them to win it all? Arrgh! I did pick Oklahoma. I'll, throw out that pick sheet as I have one pick sheet that is doing well. Few more upsets today, seams to be a trend this year more than the past few.
Good News!! I have your picks posted under the current standings. You'll have to locate your name from the list and view your picks. Or if you wanna see who the person in the lead picked, you can do that as well. Was talking with the software programmer of Turbo Tourney today and he updated his software to remove an item that was not needed for our online pool and this now allows me to post everyone's picks! Yee-Haw!!

Hampton Defeats Iowa State
POOF!! There goes the first #2 seed. Hampton defeats Iowa State!
The first update is up and posted. The bad news is I don't have quite enough web space to post everyone's picks. If you didn't save your picks, and you want to see who you selected, send me an email and I will send a copy your way. Next years wish list has more web space than I currently have....
